I currently work as a Principal Service Design Consultant for a web design agency, where I lead the creation of digital products and services (apps, websites, services, etc) for clients across many different sectors. I hold a Masters (MSc) in Human-Computer Interaction from City University of London and I have over 8 years’ industry experience doing user experience (UX) and strategy. Originally from Boston, I entered my career path as a designer because I am incurably curious about how people behave and why. I love helping people and organisations learn to solve problems and adopt new skills and practices.
My expertise is in bringing together a robust visual design practice with deep user experience (UX) research analysis. Ever engaged with the breadth of the design discipline, I have over 10 years of design experience across UX and UI for financial institutions, start-ups, education and charities. In terms of my background, I am originally from Italy and moved to London 15 years ago to go to university. Since then I have worked in London as a designer and outside of work enjoy creating content around design and the arts.
